04.20.09: Server Move
A few of you might have noticed a few server hiccups and errors throughout the day. I just talked to the hosting guys and they're in the process of moving us over to a brand spanking new server. Expect some downtime here and there during the transition, and some other madness. That is all.

03.15.09: Polls Suck
The Polls section have officially hit an all time low, so it's time for them to move away from the glory that is General Conversation to the trailer park that is Running Threads. All the old polls are intact, and it's basically the same section as it was before, just in a new place. DEAL WITH IT.
SIDENOTE: Permissions have been changed up a bit as well, and only users with 100 posts can start new polls from now on.

01.29.09: Can You Hear Me Now?
GTSCH setup a mobile theme for the site earlier in the week that makes it a breeze to view/post on GMF from any mobile phone/device. To change over to this theme just scroll down to the bottom of any thread or forum, and look for a drop down menu in the bottom left hand corner of the page. By default it will say "Solido". To switch over just change it from Solido to "Mobile".

01.06.09: Whoops...
So the board has been messed up all day. Turns out that lastnight when I ran some updates some files didn't transfer properly during the upload process. Everything appears to be fixed now and everyone should be able to log-in, use rep, etc. If you do run into any issues please PM me ASAP.

10.14.08: I Am NOT A Babysitter
NEW RULE.....
Effective immediately ANYONE that posts another user's personal info, I.E. Name, Phone Number, Place Of Work, Spouse's Name, Etc. without their permission WILL BE BANNED UNTIL THE END OF DAYS.
You people can mock each other, ban each other, neg each other, and abuse each other within the confines of the system that is GMF, but I will no longer tolerate any one's privacy being invaded like this again.
THIS IS EVERYONE'S FINAL WARNING.

08.29.08: Want Some Traffic?
So I've decided to add a module here on the frontpage linking to some of our member's websites. If you have a site, and you want it linked here just PM me. Your site must meet the requirements listed below though, and I swear anyone that wastes my time with a shit link will get a week ban.
1. Your site CANNOT be direct or indirect competition with GMF. AKA no sites that are strictly just a forum like we are.
2. Your site must be 100% legitimate. This means no websites that just re-direct to tubgirl or anything like that.
3. If you are added to the frontpage you MUST link GMF as well.
4. I won't even consider anyone that has less than 100 posts, so don't bother PM'ing me.

08.24.08: Minor Display Issue
We've had a couple problems with the wrong skin showing up for certain users, we figure this probably happened somewhere in the changeover process. Below is a screen shot of what the page header should look like, if you have something showing that is significantly different, PM GTSCH or Syndicate so we can get it straightened out.
08.23.08: Usernames & LiveLeak
All users can now edit certain aspects of how their username is styled. I.E. Color, Font, Bold, Italic, Etc. For more info on how this works check out THIS thread.
Also, if you haven't already noticed we can now post LiveLeak videos in posts. Once again this works very much like the way you post a YouTube video.
